"Pretty good trip overall"
Stopped in to grab some shoes and the staff was really helpful. They helped me find what I needed quick, which was nice. Checkout took a little longer than I expected, but not a huge deal. Overall it was a good visit and I'd go back...

"Got the wrong shoes"
I ordered what was supposed to be a pair of shoes in my size and color, but what showed up was something completely different. The packing slip looked right, as far as I could tell, but the box definitely wasn’t. I spent a while trying to get it sorted out, maybe longer than it should’ve taken, and it just turned into a hassle. I probably won’t be ordering from Bob's Stores again

"I went on bobstores.com expecting to find some..."
I went on bobstores.com expecting to find some solid discounts, but most of the prices looked regular to me. There were a few sale items that seemed okay, but nothing that made me feel like I was actually scoring a bargain.
The annoying part was that some discounts looked better at first, then once I picked a size or color, the price changed. That kind of thing is on them to make clearer, because it feels a little misleading. I might shop there again, but only if the pricing is upfront.

"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I placed an order on Bob's Stores because the item showed as available, so I figured I was all set. A little later, I found out it actually wasn’t in stock after all.

What bothered me most was feeling kind of left in the dark. I was waiting around thinking my order was moving along, when really nothing was happening.
It was frustrating because I could’ve just ordered it somewhere else and saved the time. The whole thing felt avoidable if the stock info had been clearer

"Kept glitching for me"
I was trying to use the site and it kept freezing on me. Checkout got really confusing and didn’t seem to work right, so I ended up frustrated

"Refund is taking forever"
I’m still waiting on my refund it feels like it’s been way too long. Am I wrong for thinking this should’ve been handled by now? Not a great experience

I ordered from Bobstores one time, and it showed up 2 days late. The tracking was updating slow, which was a little annoying, but when the package finally came, it was fine inside...

"Sizing is not even close"
I don’t really buy all the polished wording about the fit being accurate or true to size. I ordered my usual size and it felt way too small, like noticeably tight. Frustrating.

"Returns felt really impersonal"
Trying to do an exchange was a hassle. It took way longer than I expected, and the whole process felt like there wasn’t a real person on the other end helping me out.

"They promised to get back to me, but never did"
I reached out twice and was told someone would get back to me, but I’m still waiting. It’s really frustrating when a company makes promises like that and then just disappears. A simple reply would’ve been nice

"My order showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered from bobstores.com the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I got the tracking info soon after placing the order, and the package showed up in about 3 days. The box arrived in good shape too, nothing was crushed or damaged. I’m taking off one star because the tracking didn’t really update much along the way, so I wasn’t totally sure when it was actually going to arrive. Other than that, it was a good experience.

"I really wanted this to work..."
I really wanted this to work out, but it started falling apart way faster than I expected. Maybe I got a bad one, but it definitely made me question the quality.
